These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "Participant," or "User") and Dev Spire Hub Co., Ltd. ("Dev Spire Hub," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and participation in our educational seminars, workshops, chart clinics, mentorship programs, and the website located at devspirehub.click.

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or reserving a seat in any seminar or workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services (Strictly Educational)

Dev Spire Hub provides classroom-based, hybrid, and digital technical market analysis training, chart reading education, and risk management seminars. All materials, chart markups, lectures, historical case studies, and mentorship feedback are strictly for educational and informational purposes.

Dev Spire Hub is an educational institution. We do not provide individualized investment advice, financial portfolio management, broker-dealer services, or trade signals. Market analysis involves substantial financial risk, and past performance or historical chart patterns are not indicative of future market outcomes.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary educational content, including but not limited to the Annotated Market Structure Playbook, course syllabi, Chart Lab exercise templates, presentation decks, videos, diagrams, graphics, and written articles on this website, are the exclusive intellectual property of Dev Spire Hub Co., Ltd. and protected under the copyright laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and international treaties.

Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal educational study only. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, public broadcasting, or commercial exploitation of Dev Spire Hub training materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Enrollment, Tuition & Seat Reservation

Enrollment in our 5-Day Market Structure Seminars, Weekend Workshops, or 1-on-1 Mentorship is subject to seat availability and prerequisite verification. Tuition fees must be settled according to the formal invoice issued by our admissions office prior to attending class sessions or receiving physical courseware.

5. Code of Conduct & Classroom Decorum

Dev Spire Hub maintains a professional, collaborative learning environment in our Chiang Mai suite and digital chatrooms. Participants are expected to treat instructors and fellow students with mutual respect. We reserve the right to dismiss any participant who engages in disruptive, harassing, or unethical behavior without entitlement to a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Thailand, Dev Spire Hub Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, contractors, and instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of trading capital, profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from the application or interpretation of any educational concepts taught during seminars or published on this website.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
