1. Data Controller Identification

Dev Spire Hub Co., Ltd. ("Dev Spire Hub," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 114/8 Huay Kaew Soi 2, T. Suthep, A. Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand, acts as the Data Controller responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data in accordance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA") and relevant international data privacy standards.

2. Categories of Data Collected

We collect only the personal information strictly necessary to administer training admissions, deliver seminar materials, and provide requested educational support:

  • Contact Identification Data: Full name, email address, telephone number, and physical mailing address (for dispatching hardbound seminar workbooks).
  • Educational Assessment Data: Self-reported charting experience level, trading background, and learning objectives submitted via our inquiry forms.
  • Transaction & Billing Data: Payment receipt records, bank transfer confirmations, and corporate tax billing details (we do not process or store raw payment card data on our servers).
  • Technical Log Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and session timestamps collected automatically during website visits for security and performance optimization.

3. Legal Bases and Purposes of Data Processing

We process your personal data on the following lawful grounds:

  • Contractual Performance: To process your seminar reservation, confirm cohort scheduling, grant classroom and virtual stream access, and ship courseware materials.
  • Legitimate Interests: To improve our educational curriculum, maintain facility security, prevent fraudulent inquiries, and evaluate anonymous website engagement metrics.
  • Legal Compliance: To maintain corporate tax and accounting records as mandated by the Revenue Department of Thailand.
  • Consent: Where you have explicitly opted in to receive technical market research briefings or seminar schedule alerts via email.

4. Data Retention Periods

We retain personal identification data for the duration of your active enrollment and cohort follow-up period (60 days post-seminar). Accounting, invoice, and tax transaction records are retained for a minimum period of five (5) to seven (7) years to satisfy statutory requirements under Thai commercial and tax legislation. General inquiry submissions from prospective students that do not lead to enrollment are securely purged after twelve (12) months.

5. Data Sharing and International Transfers

Dev Spire Hub does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party commercial advertisers. We may disclose data to trusted service providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements, including:

  • Secure cloud infrastructure and email delivery providers.
  • Licensed postal and courier services for delivery of physical training workbooks.
  • Certified public accountants and legal advisors in Thailand.

Where data is transferred outside Thailand, we ensure adequate cross-border data protection safeguards are in place in compliance with the PDPA.

Under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act, you possess the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold concerning you.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
  • Right to Erasure: Request the deletion or anonymization of your data where processing is no longer required.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing: Request temporary suspension of data processing under specific statutory conditions.
  • Right to Data Portability: Obtain your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent at any time where processing was based solely on consent.
